The differences of soluble sugar and free amino acid contents in the different oilseed rape varieties were studied in the different growth period, by respectively using ninhydrine colorimetry and anthrone colorimetry for measuring soluble sugar and free amino acid. 分别用蒽酮比色法和茚三酮比色法测定油菜茎叶可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量,研究其生育期变化和品种间差异。
