Obtainment of Transgenic Tomato of Levansucrase Gene with Resistance to Low Temperature 番茄转果聚糖合酶基因获得抗寒植株
Anti-freezing experiments, electrical conductivities detection and content measurement of polysaccharides showed that the integrated levansucrase gene displayed some new anti-stress characters in tomato. 抗冻试验、叶片电导率测定、多糖含量测定的试验结果均表明,果聚糖合酶基因赋予转基因番茄良好的抗寒性状。
