Expand isthmectomy for isthmus carcinoma ( 1 case).
峡部扩大切除1例，为峡部癌；
Performed local excision in 32 cases, unilateral thyroid lobectomy in 6 cases, bilateral subtotal thyroidectomy in 4 cases, isthmectomy in 3 cases and incision& drainage in 3 cases. In addition, also performed neck dissection in 3 cases.
病灶切除32例，腺叶切除6例，双侧次切4例，颈清3例，峡部切除3例，切排引流3例。
Conclusion: Unilateral lobectomy plus isthmectomy or total thyroidectomy should be recommended as the first treatment for DTC.
结论：单侧腺叶加峡部切除术或全甲状腺切除术应作为甲状腺癌首选手术治疗方式，局部肿块切除或腺叶部分切除术肿瘤残留率较高，再次手术是必要的。
Results: Thirty seven patients have Been performed the unilateral lobectomy, 30 patients the unilateral lobectomy plus isthmectomy, 9 patients the thyroidectomy, 62 of these patients were received follow-up from three months to ten years who all survived.
结果：37例患者施行甲状腺腺叶切除，30例行腺叶加峡部切除术，全甲状腺切除术9例。
