Objective: To observe the effects of plasma radio frequency operation vs microwave operation on obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome ( OSAS). 目的:比较等离子射频消融术与微波凝固术治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者的临床疗效。
The diagnosis of metabolic syndrome was made according to symptoms, physical signs, blood biochemical parameters and blood pressure. The incidence of metabolic syndrome in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome of different levels was analyzed. 根据临床表现、血液生化指标、血压检查诊断代谢综合征,分析不同程度睡眠呼吸暂停患者代谢综合征的发生率。
Result: there were differences between automatic analysis and manual analysis of polysomnogram on apnea hyponea index, datas of manual analysis were more consistent with clinic symptoms of patients than automatic analysis. 结果:多导睡眠图呼吸事件经手动分析得出的呼吸暂停指数、低通气指数、最长呼吸暂停时间、呼吸暂停低通气指数与自动分析有差别,手动分析结果与患者临床症状更相符合。
