The heteromorphic cells were positive for CD3, CD43 and Ki-67, but negative for CD30. A diagnosis of hydroa vacciniforme-like T cell lymphoma complicated with primary cutaneous CD30-positive large cell lymphoma was made.
免疫组化示CD3（+），CD30（-），CD43（+），Ki-67（+）。诊断：种痘样水疱病样T细胞淋巴瘤伴发原发性皮肤CD30阳性大细胞淋巴瘤。
On the basis of nursing care for 8 patients with diabetic hydroa, the authors believe that for these patients, psychological nursing care must be emphasized, secondary infection of skin and blister must be prevented and the blisters must be treated correctly.
通过对8例糖尿病性水疱病的护理，提出应重视患者的心理护理，防止皮肤及水疱的继发感染，正确处理水疱。
