A series of six porphyrin monomers were synthesized by direct condensation of heliotropin, hydroxyl substituted aromatic aldehyde and pyrrole. Structures of the target compounds were characterized by MS,~ 1HNMR, IR, and UV-vis spectra. 以胡椒醛及羟基芳香醛为原料与吡咯在丙酸中回流,合成了6种卟啉化合物,其结构用1HNMR,IR,UV-Vis和ESI-MS确定。

Methyl 3 ( 3,4 methylenedioxyphenyl) acraldehyde was synthesized through Claisen Schmidt condensation reaction of the heliotropin and propanal with KF/ Al 2O 3 as a catalyst, in yield over 80%. 以KF/Al2O3作催化剂,催化洋茉莉醛和丙醛的Claisen-Schmidt缩合反应合成了2-甲基-3-(3,4-亚甲二氧基苯基)丙烯醛,收率超过80%。
