This paper deals with the anti-lipid oxidation capacity of the hydrolytic glycone of bamboo leaf flavone glycoside, as well as its ability to scavenge hydroxyl radical(· OH). 本文对竹叶黄酮水解苷元的抗油脂氧化和清除羟基自由基(·OH)活性进行了测试。
