Chronic exposure to Cd mainly causes the renal proximal tubule damage, which represents that the excretion of proteinuria, glucosuria, aminoaciduria, enzymaticuria and urinary cadmium increase. 慢性接触镉主要引起肾小管损伤,表现为蛋白尿、糖尿、氨基酸尿、酶尿及尿镉排出量明显增加等。
Results: We had found there were no statistical differences in urine glucosuria, urine occult blood and serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen between the AHFS, CCO, MD group and the control group. 【结果】细辛、威灵仙、北豆根水煎剂低、中、高剂量组的尿糖、尿潜血及血肌酐、尿素氮的值在三个月内均有所波动,但与正常对照组相比无统计学意义。
Conclusion: Glucosuria in part of the patients may arise from re-absorption dysfunction of renal proximal convoluted tubules. 结论:部分严重烧伤病人早期糖尿是由肾脏近曲小管吸收障碍引起。
