In the presence of non ionic surfactant, Tween-80, a new flow-injection catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of se lenium(ⅳ) based on its catalysis to the reduction of gallocyanine ( GC) by Na2S was established. 利用非离子表面活性剂存在下的胶束催化作用,硒(Ⅳ)对Na2S还原培花青(GC)有强催化作用,建立了流动注射催化光度法测定硒(Ⅳ)的新方法。
