Results: The solanum dulcamara water extract inhibited proliferation of SPC-A-1 cells, and an apoptotic ladder was detected using AGE.
结果：白英提取物抑制SPC-A-1细胞增殖活性；
Conclusion: A specific concentration of solanum dulcamara water extract can inhibit SPC-A-1 cell proliferation and can induce apoptosis of SPC-A-1 cells. The mechanism of action is related to expression of the bcl-2 gene.
结论：白英水提取物对人肺腺癌SPC-A-1细胞株有抑制增殖、诱导其凋亡作用，细胞凋亡的机制可能与细胞凋亡相关基因Bcl-2表达下调有关。
