Seventeen cases were with intravaginal torsion, of these 14 testicles were removed for necrosis and only 3 testicles were salvaged by operative detorsion. 17例为鞘膜内扭转,其中14个睾丸已坏死,行睾丸切除术;睾丸存活3个,行睾丸固定术。

[ Conclusions] Propofol can suppress the apoptosis of germ cells induced by testicular torsion/ detorsion through its regulation of Bcl-2 and Bax gene protein expressions, which may be important for protecting the testis from torsion/ detorsion injury. 结论异丙酚通过调节Bcl-2及Bax蛋白表达抑制睾丸扭转/复位所诱导的生精细胞凋亡增加。
Conclusion Hyperoxic liquid has a preventive effect on the testicular injuries through suppressing caspase-3 activity and lowering the levels of spermatogenic cell apoptosis induced by testicular torsion/ detorsion. 结论高氧液可能通过抑制Caspase-3介导的生精细胞凋亡而发挥抗扭转/复位睾丸损伤的作用。
13 cases were treated with operation and 1 cases had manual detorsion. 13例手术治疗,1例手法复位;
Patients received manual detorsion successfully. 4例手法复位成功。
