Significance of preoperative digital subtraction dacryocystography for nasolacrimal stent 鼻泪管支架植入术前数字减影泪道造影的意义
Method: Ten volunteers and twelve patients with dacryocystitis were undergone the coronary and axial computed tomographic dacryocystography. 方法:10例(20侧)健康志愿者、12例(24侧)慢性泪囊炎患者术前均进行了泪囊CT轴位及冠状位造影检查。
Results: Lacrimal drainage system imaging by the digital subtraction dacryocystography provided reliable and accurate demonstration of lacrimal duct obstruction. 结果:数字减影泪道造影术能够提供清晰的泪道图像并对泪道阻塞的部位及泪道改变作出准确的判断。
Value of Digital Subtraction Dacryocystography in Lacrimal Duct Obstruction 泪道阻塞的数字减影泪道造影评价
· METHODS: A total of 17 cases ( 17 eyes) of dacryocystorhinostomy failure underwent lacrimal duct stent, and the nasolacrimal duct was dilated and the stent was placed retrogradely. Digital subtraction dacryocystography was performed before and after the stent placement. 方法:对17例(17眼)泪囊鼻腔吻合术后阻塞患者行鼻泪管支架植入术,经逆行扩张鼻泪道后植入特制的鼻泪管支架,并于术前、术后行数字减影泪道造影检查。
Methods: Thirty-six patients ( 49 lacrimal ducts) underwent CT dacryocystography with angiografin ( 300mg I/ ml) or lipiodol ( 40%) by axial or coronal plane. Lacrimal ducts, location of obstruction and adjacent structure were showed by CT dacryocystography. 方法:36例(49侧)溢泪患者行CT泪道造影检查,分别选用300mgI/ml泛影葡胺、40%碘化油行CT横断面、冠状面扫描,观察CT对泪道、阻塞平面及周围结构的显示效果。
Objective: To illustrate the value of digital subtraction dacryocystography in the diagnosis of lacrimal duct obstruction. 目的:评价数字减影泪道造影术在临床检查泪道阻塞中的应用价值。
