Objective To investigate the correlation between the prevalence of chronic low back pain ( CLBP) in cold plateau region in young men and the lumbar lordosis angle ( LLA) on X-ray plain film.
目的了解高原、寒冷地区男性青年人慢性腰痛（chroniclowbackpain，CLBP）的流行情况及与X线平片腰椎前凸角度（lumbarlordosisangle，LLA）的相关性。
Conclusion The motor abilities of involved side of lower limbs flexion and extension of the patients with CLBP were decreased notably and the closed kinetic chain test could be one of the significant and objective assessment indexes for CLBP.
结论CLBP患者的患侧下肢屈伸肌力有不同程度的下降，同时用闭合链测试系统对CLBP患者进行下肢肌力等速测试，不失为一种反映其运动功能较全面的客观指标。
