Methods Telomerase activity were measured quantitatively in scrapings and frozen specimens from cases of 13 CIN, 17 cervical cancer and 11 normal cervix by Telomerase-PCR-ELISA. 方法采用端粒酶PCR-ELISA法检测13例CIN和17例宫颈癌脱落细胞端粒酶活性,并与相应的组织标本中端粒酶活性相比较,11例正常宫颈脱落细胞作为对照。
Conclusions MCs may contribute to the accumulation of extracellular matrix in AIN and GIN through tryptase secretion, which can activate the PAR-2 in the RTECs or MCs itself, leading to the increase of TGF-β 1 expression and Col I synthesis. 结论MCs可能参与AIN、CIN细胞外基质蓄积,其机制可能是通过活化PAR-2,增加TGF-β1表达,促进colⅠ合成。
