The data of this series shows that the incidence of the choledocholith is very low in biliary pancreatitis and the cholecystectomy plus choledochography through the cystic duct can be performed by using the laparoscopy one month after the occurrence of AHNP if the recover process is smooth;
作者的体会是：非手术治疗恢复比较顺利的病人，完全可以在发病一个月左右时用腹腔镜完成胆囊切除加经胆囊管胆总管造影，胆总管内有结石的机会很低；
