The carpometacarpal superficial veins were grafted in 28 digits in 24 cases of severed injured vessels accompanied with vascular defects in complicated digital replantation and 6 digits in 6 cases of postoperative vascular insufficiency. 在临床上,对有严重血管损伤、血管缺损的24例28指离断手指,以及断指再植术后血管危象的6例6指,应用此段腕掌侧浅静脉移植修复。
