Objective To evaluate the effect of the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis with vertebral canaloplasty and in situ laminae replantation. 目的探讨椎管扩大成形术椎板原位回植治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the effects and image of posterior single open-door vertebral canaloplasty combined with anterior decompression, bone graft fusion and internal fixation for the management of severe cervical myelopathy. 目的观察后路单开门椎管成形术联合前路椎间减压植骨融合内固定技术治疗重型脊髓型颈椎病的临床效果和影像学结果。
Results The satisfactory clinical results was achieved in 81 9% patients of undergone laminectomy group, 79 7% of laminotomy group, and 82 1% of canaloplasty group were followed up one year after surgery. 结果术后1年疗效优良率椎板切除组为819%、椎板开窗组为797%、椎管成形组为821%,疗效优良率各组无显著差别。
