Objective The purpose of this study was to introduce the application of gastroscope assistant bougienage in children's esophageal stricture and to assess factors influencing the effectiveness of this procedure.

Treatment of Benign Esophageal Stricture with Plastic Threads Bougienage
塑料丝束扩张法治疗食管良性狭窄
Twenty patients with benign esophageal stricture were treated with plastic threads bougienage, which was pulled from mouth to stomach by the introductory thread that had been placed through esophagus to gastrostomy. All the 20 patients restored normal diet by mouth.
采用食管放置牵引线，经胃造瘘管牵引塑料丝束扩张法治疗食管良性狭窄20例，均恢复正常饮食。
